Jill is originally from San Diego CA, and moved to Spokane in 2000. However, it wasn’t until November that Jill learned about Step UP and Go and started using our FREE physical activity trackers. Although she has always been very active, playing sports and participating in other activities, Jill finds that as she gets older it is tough for her to find the motivation to stay that way.
When her friend told her about Step UP’s site she thought it sounded great and since has signed up and logged her activity using the Spokane to CDA challenge. She says, “I like the thorough list of activities to choose from.” It has helped Jill to realize the things she is currently doing around the house and during her day to day activities that are keeping her active.
